SHIPPING RELATED QUERIES
- For Clothing, product is dispatched from our end in 10-15 working days (in case of Cash On Delivery payment method, the dispatch time could be 15-20 working days).
- For Fabrics and Jewellery, product is dispatched from our end in 4-6 working days (in case of Cash On Delivery payment method, the dispatch time could be 7-10 working days).
- In case of pre-paid orders, we usually try to dispatch the product (Clothing, Fabric, Jewellery) within 4-5 working days.
- In case of Cash On Delivery payment method, we take a little longer only because we need to cross-verify the order details from the customer in order to avoid returns/ cancellations. As a sustainable & eco-friendly brand, we want our customers to know and understand that returns/ and cancellations end up doing more damage than good.
- In case of custom-made orders, we do not accept Cash on Delivery payment method, and we take these orders on priority and these orders are dispatched usually within 6-7 working days from our end.
- We offer reverse pick-up only within India only. In case, for areas, where reverse pick-up is not possible, we may ask the customer to ship the package.
- Shipping details are sent via email. Also, we may share the shipping details with on WhatsApp upon request.
- We ship worldwide.
- Free shipping is available on order value above Rs.2500/-.
- For orders below Rs.2500/- , flat rate of shipping of Rs. 200/- is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders and pre-paid orders.
- In case of International Shipping free shipping is available for orders above Rs.20,000/- . For orders below Rs.20,000/-, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of check-out basis the delivery location and weight of the package.
- Customs and import duty, if any, will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.
- For Shipping services, we have an aggregator that allocates the packages as per the pin-codes. Some of the services that we use are: Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, DHL, Fedex.
- We use Re-usable and Recyclable Packaging material. We are constantly trying to find better alternatives that help us with minimizing the packaging waste.
