Return and exchange policy

  1. We do not offer returns on custom-made clothing orders.

  2. Return queries are to be made by the customer within 3 days of delivery date. For return related query, please get in touch via email: support@lovechic.in or through whatsapp : +91-9810052132.

  3. We do not offer exchange or return in case of Fabric orders and Jewellery orders.

  4. In case of Clothing, we offer exchange of the size only, of the same product. For example, if the customer has ordered Small size and after order delivery and trial, the customer wants Medium size. Then we can take this query (to be made by the customer within 3 days of order delivery date).   5. In case of return, amount of Rs. 150/- is deducted from the order amount. And the remaining amount is credited in your account as E-store credits in your wallet, that the customer can use within 35 days from the date of credits showing in wallet.

  6. We offer only One-time Return / One-time Exchange on a particular order, for clothing products.

  7. Products (Clothing , Fabric, Jewellery ) bought on Sale price, are not valid for returns or exchange.

  8. Refund is done in E-store credits form in store wallet. Your can check the wallet after logging in your account on our website.

  9. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

  10. In case of any exceptions for international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro and custom charges if any. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns.

  11. Refunds –  As a store policy we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention about the damaged product via email: support@lovechic.in . The issue will be attended to and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a coupon code of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products if received in damaged condition.

  12. If you have received the parcel in damaged form, then we request you to immediately inform us via email: support@lovechic.in or orders@lovechic.in or through whatsapp +91-9810052132 and necessary images of the package / parcel condition before opening the package would also be required.

  13. E-store credits are issued usually in 4-5 working days after we have received the product back, as our Quality team checks the product to verify the issue.
