PRODUCT RELATED QUERY
- Apparels are made using natural color dyes and hand block printed, color bleeding and print imperfections are only natural to occur. We do a quality check before sending out the orders, and few defects in the printing are natural to occur.
- Products that have hand embroidery on them, need to be treated with some precautions.
- We do not advise machine wash for any of our clothing products.
- For all clothing products, we advise to separately hand wash them in cold water using mild detergent.
- For Jewellery, spot cleaning only is advised and storage should be in separate small bags/ boxes. Keep away from harmful chemicals.
