ORDER RELATED QUERY
- You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website lovechic.in. Once you login you will see an option called – My Orders, where you can view all your past orders.
- Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered WhatsApp Number & Email after placing the order.
- If the customer wants to change the address details after placing the order then they would have to get in touch with us via email: orders@lovechic.in or through Whatsapp at +91-9810052132.
- In case of address change from Domestic address to international address, the customer will have to pay the amount of difference in the shipping charges. In case of address change from international address to domestic address, a coupon code will be sent to your email id and Whatsapp number corresponding to the difference in amount. Please note this coupon code would be valid for 45 days.
